Every SuperStar has an origin story. Mine started at 19 when I jumped into dentistry on a whim—and discovered a career that would support me for life.
From dental assistant to office manager, I’ve done it all: insurance wrangling, patient communication, compliance, scheduling, you name it. And somewhere along the way, I realized… I can do anything, but I can’t do everything. Neither can office managers.
That’s why I created SuperStar Dental Administrator™—to give future dental pros the skills and confidence to shine, and to give dental offices a training tool that saves hours of time and a whole lot of frustration.

I’m Nikki, and I’ve spent more than 30 years in dentistry—starting as a trained-on-the-job dental assistant at 19 and working my way into administration, insurance coordination, and eventually office management. Along the way, I’ve studied patient communication, team leadership, insurance management, marketing, compliance, and the systems that keep dental practices thriving.
